Cu Ft Space: $1.65/cft/month

Includes 1 round trip handling per month. Additional handling @ $48/hr in increment minimums of 15 mintues.

Each item in our warehouse is rated on a 1-5 scale when it is checked into inventory. If an item needs minor repairs which we plan to do prior to sale, it is rated based on its repaired condition.

1-New	Good	New in Box
2-Excellent	Good	Only minor blemishes if any
3-Good	Good	Shows normal wear for age
4-Fair	Good	Notable flaws (ie cracks or dents in casing, missing trim pieces, poor paint, etc)
5-Poor	Parts Unit	Unit may have significant damage
